Kewajiban

Sebelum penyelenggaraan dimulai (untuk mendapatkan Surat Izin Promosi)

Membayar biaya permohonan izin sebesar Rp. 200.000 (dua ratus ribu rupiah) untuk setiap penarikan/periode dan biaya izin iklan/promosi sebesar Rp. 100.000 (seratus ribu rupiah).

Catatan:

Disetor/ditransfer melalui rekening BRI nomor 1503.01.000002-30-8 a/n. BPN 182 DIREKTORAT PPSDBS KEMENSOS.
Membantu usaha kesejahteraan sosial dengan menyetorkan dana kesejahteraan sosial sekurang-kurangnya 10% (sepuluh persen) dari jumlah keseluruhan hadiah.

Setelah penyelenggaraan berakhir

Memungut dan menyetorkan pajak penghasilan atas hadiah undian dari setiap pemenang sebesar 25% dari nilai hadiah ke Kas Negara melalui Bank Pemerintah atau langsung ke Kantor Pelayanan Pajak setempat.
